Casey Layton is the President of Layton Contractors, Inc., a commercial general contracting firm specializing in tenant improvements, structural renovations, pre-engineered metal buildings, civil infrastructure, and specialty construction throughout California and the Southwest.

With more than 20 years of construction experience, Casey has built his career on a simple philosophy: successful projects begin with trust. He believes that clear communication, accountability, and delivering on commitments are the foundation of lasting client relationships. This client-first approach has earned the confidence of owners, developers, property managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.

Casey oversees every phase of construction, from preconstruction budgeting and value engineering through contract negotiation, scheduling, procurement, project execution, and closeout. His experience includes managing multimillion-dollar projects under lump sum, negotiated, design-build, guaranteed maximum price (GMP), and cost-plus delivery methods while maintaining strict control of budgets, schedules, quality, and safety.

Throughout his career, Casey has successfully managed projects involving commercial tenant improvements, retail renovations, structural modifications, civil infrastructure, utility relocations, concrete construction, site development, occupied renovations, laboratory facilities, and specialty projects requiring detailed coordination between multiple trades.

As President of Layton Contractors, Casey is focused on building an organization known not only for quality construction, but for professionalism, integrity, and long-term partnerships. His vision is to grow Layton Contractors into a premier commercial builder throughout California, Arizona, and the western United States while remaining committed to the values that have guided his career from the beginning: trust, communication, and doing the right thing.
